OurDream AI is the strongest media tool on this list when you pay for it, with photo-real images, video and apps on iOS and Android. As a free tool, it is a different story. Its published plan list (July 2026) shows capped daily messages, 5 free images a day and partial NSFW access.
Community reports and review sites from late summer 2026 describe a much smaller free tier since August: around 5 messages per character, with later messages blurred, and no free images, video or voice. I could not confirm which version every account sees, so treat the free tier as a demo of the chat style.

I want to be plain about this one: Candy AI has no real free tier. A free account lets you create one companion, send a limited number of messages (review sites cite about five) and preview the image and voice features. That is a sample, not a way to use the product for free.
It earns a place here for a different reason. When people outgrow a free tool and want polished apps on iOS and Android with long-term memory, Candy is often where they land, at $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year. How I checked the free tiers
I started from each tool's published plan list, then checked its landing and sign-up pages for any statement about guest access, age checks and card requirements. Where review sites or Reddit communities reported a change in 2026, I included it and attributed it to them. I did not count a "Start free" button as proof of no sign-up; I only wrote "no account needed" where the product says so plainly.
