Every tool on this list works in a normal web browser on desktop and mobile, with nothing to download. Two of them, Candy AI and OurDream AI, also offer native iOS and Android apps, but I tested the web versions. The rest are browser-only.

Uncensored AI tools that run in your browser, compared
JOI AI has no iOS or Android app, and for this list that is a point in its favour: the browser version is the whole product, so nothing is held back for an app. Explicit chat, custom companions, selfie generation, voice calls and the hands-free JOI mode all run in a tab. On a desktop browser and on a phone browser, the experience was the same once I granted microphone access.
As a media tool it is middling. Selfies are good enough to illustrate a chat, but prompt control is limited compared with OurDream AI or Nectar AI, and the cost is steep: a photo can take up to 120 Neurons and a video up to 1,900, against roughly 4 for a text reply. Verdict: JOI AI is built for the browser and does chat, voice calls and selfies in one tab. Voice works on a phone browser once you allow the microphone, so there is no app to miss.
If you want to generate pictures and clips in a browser tab, OurDream AI is the one I'd open first. Images came out photo-real with good adherence to pose and setting instructions, and the companion stays recognisable when you move between chat and generation. Video is the headline feature and works from the web version, so you do not need the iOS or Android app for it.
The cost model is where you need to pay attention. Both paid plans include 1,000 DreamCoins per billing cycle, and video spends them much faster than images. If you generate clips regularly, plan on buying coin packs or keeping video for occasional use.
Premium is $19.99 a month or $119.88 a year (about $9.99 a month), and the annual plan adds a one-time 1,000-coin bonus. Its published plan list (July 2026) shows about 5 free images a day, but community reports since August 2026 describe the free tier as a short demo (around 5 messages per character, no free images), so do not expect to test the generator for free. The hardest problem in companion image generation is identity: the same character should look like the same person in every picture. Nectar AI handled that best in my tests. Faces, hair and styling held steady across images generated days apart, which matters more than raw image quality if you want a believable ongoing character.
It is also the most practical tool to test for free in a browser. The free plan gives 15 messages and 10 image generations a day, which is enough to judge prompt adherence. Premium, at around $10 a month (about half on annual billing), raises that to 100 generations a day and 600 photo messages a month; Pro at $19.99 removes the generation cap.
Two drawbacks. Video exists only on paid plans and is not where Nectar shines next to OurDream, and a credit wallet sits on top of the plans, with images costing 5 to 10 credits each, so heavy generation can push the bill past the subscription price.

Candy AI is the pick if you want to start a chat on a laptop browser and pick it up on a phone. The web version carries the avatar builder, voice messages, on-demand photos and long-term memory, and the same companion is waiting on the apps. As an uncensored tool it is the most restrained of the five big platforms. Its content leans suggestive rather than explicit, and app-store rules on adult content give mobile apps in general less room than the web, so the browser is where you get Candy's fullest settings.

Lovescape works best as a desktop browser tool you settle into. Scene settings and romance scenarios give roleplay a structure that the other big platforms do not have, and photo generation and voice replies add to a scene rather than replacing it. Every paid plan includes 600 chips a month, and images, voice and video all spend chips. For a mostly text roleplayer that goes a long way; for heavy image use, expect to buy more. Premium is $12.99 a month or $5.99 a month billed annually ($71.88 a year), with a three-month option at $9.99 a month and an Ultimate tier at $19.99.
The free tier is the weak point. Why use uncensored AI in the browser instead of an app
For adult AI tools the browser is often the better version, not the fallback. App stores restrict explicit content, and review sites covering this category note that it is one reason so many companion tools are web-first. Several of the best ones, JOI AI and Nectar AI included, have no app at all.
